If you're ready to take your career to new heights, read on In this role as Account Manager you'll be accountable for trade and corporate relationships, ensuring that all appropriate opportunities are maximized. You will achieve and exceed portfolio revenue targets while supporting the overall country plan and commercial targets by ensuring Virgin Atlantic's position in the market is protected. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and maintaining new and existing corporate business, managing sales activities within a portfolio of corporate and travel management company accounts within India, and collaborating with internal teams to leverage market insights. Day to day Develop strategy for assigned portfolio of accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets set for Point of Sale India. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account potential. Manage a portfolio of diverse customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to maintain engagement and trust. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Dealing, Marketing, Airport operations, and Customer/Trade support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Use data analytics tools to track sales metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Implement marketing campaigns with key trade partners, including OTAs, utilizing Business Development Funds (BDF). About you Do you have a strong background in sales or account management combined with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills? Can you work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels? Then this could be the role for you Alongside the above, we're looking for the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or account management in the travel industry, preferably in airline trade/corporate sales. Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving significant sales growth. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce. Strong analytical skills, able to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial understanding. Ability to travel to Virgin Atlantic's offline markets. The ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment. The right to live and work in India Does the above sound like you?
