Jisc Grade: TGE4
Salary: £51,000 to £69,500 per annum negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Reports into: Deputy Director of Workplace IT
Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, we have hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager.

What You'll Do:
* Drive Innovation: Lead the development and execution of a vision for the DXP Platform.
* Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions.
* Lead and Inspire: Motivate and develop a talented team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Commercial Management: Negotiate and manage the technical estate.
* Resource Management: Lead and develop the technical team.
* Budget Management: Deliver value within the agreed budget.
* Platform Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the platform's vision.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Policies and Standards: Develop and maintain internal standards.
* Incident Management: Act as Major Incident Manager for significant service outages.
* Advocacy: Provide technical expertise on project boards.
* Identify Opportunities: Leverage Jisc’s IT assets for strategic decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in digital platform management.
* Digital Transformation: Successful track record in managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
* Cloud Expertise: Skilled in managing cloud-based development.
* Team Development: Experience in motivating and developing teams.
* Project Management: Expertise in leading technical support and development teams.
* Budget Management: Proven ability to manage significant budgets.
* Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Salesforce Certification: Highly experienced Salesforce specialist with certification.
