Job Title: Relief Pharmacist
Location: Bridlington (covering multiple pharmacies)
Hours: 25 hours per week – alternate Saturdays, across 3 days (shift pattern TBC)
Salary: £55,000 FTE (based on 45 hours)

The Role
Our Relief Pharmacist’s skills go beyond just clinical, professional, and management expertise. We’re looking for individuals who can bring commercial awareness and leadership to their pharmacy, inspiring staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed targets. Under the guidance of the Regional Healthcare Manager, you will support service delivery, stock control, operational standards, and GPhC compliance.
About You
* Must be a GPhC-qualified pharmacist – this role is suitable for a newly qualified!
* Preferably with community pharmacy experience
* Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
* Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximize profit through target achievement
* Preferably hold a full driving license to cover multiple stores
