Are you looking for an Electrical Package Manager position offering longevity and job security? If so, this opportunity will appeal to you. James Lewis are currently assisting a key client, who is a multi-dimensional Principal Contractor, in their search for an Electrical Package Manager to join the team. Additional experience as an AP would be a distinct advantage. Working across a range of project sectors, including data centres, education, commercial, healthcare, and science & technology in and around London and the SE, they have a real focus on critical infrastructure. Their services start from design, through construction and fit-out to the maintenance of the projects, effectively offering an end-to-end solution.

This particular project encompasses film recording studios and a data centre, which in turn form part of a much larger mixed-use development in Chertsey. The project has been on site since 2023, with the current package of work likely to run through to the end of summer, with further packages likely to be secured.

8. Review ongoing works and highlight potential defects or risks.
9. Complete accurate materials take-off in line with the project procurement process.
10. Compile project RAMS and ensure they are updated as the project progresses.
