Sellick Partnership is supporting an organisation to recruit for a Mental Health Support Worker on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with individuals in our services to create a personalised support plan and assist them in achieving their goals.
* Provide practical information and advice regarding budgeting, welfare benefits, employment, training, relationships, and health issues.
* Complete Safety Management Plans with service users, ensuring a positive and collaborative risk management approach.
* Make referrals and/or appointments with other organisations based on individual needs.
* Work collaboratively with service users, empowering them to make decisions about their support.
* Collaborate with a range of other professionals, including social workers and landlords.
Essential Criteria:
* Enhanced DBS.
* Knowledge of mental health or experience in a similar role.
