We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Host/Hostess to join the fantastic Alba team.

Technical Skills
* Reservation Systems: Proficiency in using reservation software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Seven rooms experience is essential!
* Data Entry: Ability to enter and maintain accurate guest information, including reservations and special requests

* Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and energy that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.
* Resilience: Ability to handle stress and maintain composure during busy or challenging times.

* Management experience: Experience in managing a reception team
* Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with waiters, sommelier, commi waiters, kitchen staff, and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
* Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, guest's flow, and staff needs.
* Communication with Colleagues: Effective communication with other staff to coordinate seating and manage guest flow.
Guest's Service Skills
* Warm Greeting: Ability to welcome guests with a friendly and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
* Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, answering questions, and providing information.
* Customer Orientation: Commitment to delivering excellent guest's service, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
* Conflict Resolution: Ability to address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
