Accountabilities:
1. You will be expected to support the team in the smooth running of the operation and undertake support tasks as directed by the Shift Manager.
2. To close completed jobs on VIP Viewer and ensure correct postage information is recorded.
3. Progress chase work to ensure SLAs are met.
4. All Royal Mail & Whistl services are to be booked, monitored and any consumables required are to be ordered.
5. All Royal Mail OBA and Whistl forecasting is to be documented within the timescales required to ensure all paperwork is produced accurately.
6. Ensure that stock of postage consumables is always available at site to expedite our clients' mailings.
7. Perform QA checks on work as required.
8. All completed job tickets are to be filed once processed on the production schedule. You will be required to track down job tickets/paperwork as and when required.
9. Ensure cheque reconciliations are done correctly and on time.
10. Any other tasks for which you have been trained, or are competent.
