Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit a Fork Lift Truck Driver for one of our global packaging clients in Chesterfield.
Our client are looking for a Fork Lift Truck Driver with an in-date, valid license, who is also able to complete other warehousing duties alongside operating the FLT. A Reach license is preferred, however a Counterbalance license would also be accepted.
This is a temporary, on-going position, working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and 10am to 6pm rotating. To be successful in this position you must be able to work the rotating hours.
Responsibilities:
* Safely operating Fork Lift Trucks
* Working within the stores department
* Loading and unloading wagons with finished goods, pallets and raw materials
* Booking in deliveries
* Operating computerised warehouse systems
* Health and safety conscious
* Wrapping finished pallets
* Candidates will be expected to hand-band & wrap finished pallets
Requirements:
* Valid, in-date FLT license (Reach is preferred, however Counterbalance would be accepted) - In-house licenses will not be accepted
* Previous experience in FLT Operation / Stores
* Previous experience with using computerised warehouse systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Details:
* Starting rate of £12.78 per hour
* Temporary position
* Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm rotating shifts - You may also be expected to work the occasional Saturday as overtime
