We are an award winning family run business that has been operating for 7+ years within the food industry. We manufacture/Produce Freeze Dried Fruit, Colours, Flavours, Extracts & Sprinkles, amongst other things.
We are looking for an enthusiastic hard working individual that can fit well within our growing team and will bring new ideas and concepts to the table.
Duties will include:
1. Managing our accounting software Xero across 3 sister companies and scheduling expected payments in and out.
2. Liaising with the Stock controller and General Manager to purchase stock based on requirements and expected forecast. System lead.
3. Sending payroll information to the accountant.
4. Creating and sending invoices.
5. Communicating with the directors with accounting information and stock control.
6. Creating and managing accounts with payment terms.
