Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support, motivate, supervise, and lead a team of support staff, ensuring best practice principles are met.
* Manage and improve KPI's on which the service depends.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to swiftly and accurately resolve queries.
* Manage your time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
* Be responsive and adaptable to the changing needs of our operation.
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
* Experience in supporting people with behavior that challenges.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A responsible attitude.
* Good organizational skills.
* A flexible approach to working hours.
* The ability to support a team of Care and Support Workers.
* Good communication skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
