We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow ClickHouse across EMEA and APJ as we propel forward as a world-class, real-time data warehouse. We are seeking a recruiting professional who wants to grow their career in tech recruiting, has a passion for partnering with business leaders, and a genuine love for providing outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal person is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they get a significant amount of autonomy and ownership. What you will do: Full life-cycle recruiting of technical and sales roles (software engineers, support engineers, SREs, Solution Architects, Account Executives) across multiple countries in EMEA and APJ Partner directly with Managers and VPs to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics. Act as a consultant in hiring processes, leveraging the ATS, market awareness, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. Identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active). Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition. Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS to enable us to make informed decisions for improvement. Schedule interviews and move candidates through their interviewing process in a timely manner, while remaining their point of contact for any questions. Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates. Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates. Partner with People Team colleagues to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall Human Resources best practices for the company. What you bring along: 5 years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles Experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS is preferred End-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Start-Up experience is preferred. Attention to detail; must demonstrate strong organization skills Enthusiasm for building-out recruiting processes and best practices “How can I help” attitude is key, with the ability to adapt easily to change, while wearing multiple hats Strong negotiation skills Sourcing skills that span platforms (LinkedIn, internal databases, Boolean Searches, GitHub) Compensation This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant.
