The right candidate: Experience in online branding, strategy development and organic content planning within a primarily e-commerce environment Understanding paid ads with the support of 3rd party agencies Ability to develop brand plans and monitor key metrics, adjusting strategies where necessary Tailored content planning across multiple platforms and managing social media to boost brand engagement Strong team player, working with marketing, sales, design, and external partners. Familiar with the NPD Launch process Knowledge of CMS, e-commerce platforms and performance analysis tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate The Role: Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategies, including brand Tone of Voice, online perception as well as campaign conceptualisation and execution Manage tailored social content calendars across all channels working hand in hand with the in-house designer Lead agency briefings and coordinate with third-party providers for website management and experiential marketing Oversee NPD launches, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Work cross-functionally with teams including design, CRM, social as well as freelancers and influencers Responsible for the mentorship and development of one direct report Manage budgets effectively to drive engagement and achieve objectives.
