Lead and manage the internal UAT phase, ensuring successful execution.
Raise and track bugs/issues identified during UAT, both internally and externally.
Oversee external UAT, managing communication and bug tracking with external stakeholders.
Generate test data to simulate various scenarios, ensuring efficient testing processes.
Regularly update clients on testing progress, bugs, and resolution timelines.
Collaborate with Development and IT teams to unblock issues and ensure security assessments are ready.
Ensure high QA standards and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Proven experience in UAT management and quality assurance.
Ability to create and manage test plans, test scripts, and test data.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving testing issues.
Experience with vendors like Thales, NCC, and partners like Visa is a plus.
Proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
