My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced team due to growth.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience working in a busy office environment and are able to work as part of a team ensuring that jobs are scheduled and the process is smooth and efficient.
The role of Office Administrator:
* Administrative functions of the office, including general correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
* Organise and schedule appointments for a team of engineers
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing requests, and providing timely responses
* Maintain and update company databases
* Manage and maintain office equipment, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Support the coordination of project-related documentation

* Suitable candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in excellent customer service and office admin experience
