What does this role require?
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Early Years Teachers who are eager to train, develop their skills, and become future leaders in the Early Years sector.
Preferable attributes include:
* *Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)*
* A passion for child development and high-quality early years education
* Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification (or a desire to train)

*The Role of an Early Years Teacher*
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing outstanding education and care. You’ll work alongside senior staff, learning coordinators, and fellow educators to create inspiring, child-led learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and educational activities for children aged 0-5
* Work collaboratively to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Take part in ongoing training and professional development
* Contribute to the nursery’s growth and development
* Ensure pre-school children are *‘school ready’*
* Provide an exciting and engaging environment that supports learning for Pre-School aged children
* Implement *phonics and Read, Write, Inc programmes*

* Pay: Up to *£33,000 per year*
* We operate *51 weeks per year, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm*
