Job description
DBS has migrated their HR system to a Cloud based Oracle HCM platform.
An Oracle HCM Cloud Developer is responsible for completing configuration, testing and maintenance for the application. You will also analyse Oracle quarterly patches and present finding to DBS business areas. You will have line manager duties.
As a Oracle HCM Cloud Developer in the DBS you will be expected to work collaboratively and take the lead in a small multi-skilled team. The successful candidate will execute the design, build, configuration and customisation of technical solutions, based on the pre-determined functional and technical specifications and ensure these solutions meet quality & performance requirements.
The post involves engaging and work closely with the customer, subject matter experts and project managers to produce functional design documentation:
� � �Oversight for integration support resources
� � �Represent HR/IT as related to Oracle application support in partnership with business support resources
� � �Design high-level interface architecture based on business requirements with solution architect
� � �Act as owner of all assigned integration deliverables
� � �Collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction�
� � �Document Interface architecture and plans for implementation with customer/vendors�
� � �Provide interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team�s custom request procedures
� � �Provide technical assistance to other departments in relation to interface development and installation
� � �Provide 2/3 level interface support (where required)
� � �Reviews release notes and works with integration team and Release Manager to assess impacts and coordinate integration testing
� � �Key decision maker around integrations strategy, including introduction of new integrations
� � �Make relevant integration migration changes
Other responsibilities:
� � �Provide expert level knowledge of Oracle integration framework
� � �Represent the team in programs/projects to provide improved or new functionality
� � �Work on multiple enhancements/projects and other duties as assigned
� � �Log/maintain tickets in ticket tracking system
� � �Coordination of identity management with infrastructure support
� � �Works with infrastructure for PaaS defects
� � �Oversight of ad hoc data loading requests with Integration Support
