Our client are a very large national recruitment consultancy focussing on the civil/structural and engineering sectors. They are searching for an experience regional recruitment manager to help build their professional construction and civils division across the north.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing a small team across the geographies of Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester and growing it.
* Hiring experienced and trainee recruiters to grow the team.
* Formulating and leading a business development strategy.
* Working with the senior leadership team to hit revenue targets.
* Being involved in all aspects of hiring and leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience of the recruitment industry gained within the professional construction or civil engineering sector.
* Experienced in people management and ideally multi-site office management.
* Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the recruitment sector.
* Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
* A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
* Happy to travel to different office locations across the north.
