Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and pre-nuptial agreements. They will provide legal advice and representation in both private and public family law matters. The solicitor will handle complex cases involving high-net-worth individuals and matters with an international element. Advocacy in court hearings and managing disputes effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients will be key aspects of the role. They will engage in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate. Drafting legal documents, such as statements, agreements, and court applications, will form a part of daily responsibilities. The solicitor will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of service throughout each case. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years PQE in family law. Strong knowledge of family law and court procedures.
