Digital Marketing Specialist

JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a growing telecommunications company in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team! We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual to lead and optimize the digital campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with the external digital agency on SEO strategy and work closely with the Marketing Director to create supporting website content. You will drive the video content production, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts to generate inbound traffic and nurture customer relationships. Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Website Optimization:
1. Collaborate with the Grim team to develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at improving organic traffic and search visibility.
2. Support the Marketing Director in creating keyword-rich content to boost SEO efforts.
3. Work with Grim to track and report SEO performance, rankings, and web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on a plan to address them.
4. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the website remains fresh and relevant.
2. Video & Content Creation:
1. Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content.
2. Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to create video content for product demos, thought leadership, customer case studies, and partner content.
3. Develop compelling LinkedIn and social media posts, infographics, and news content to support campaigns.
4. Repurpose existing content into various formats (e.g., social media snippets, whitepapers, case studies).
3. Email Marketing & Automation:
1. Manage HubSpot email campaigns, creating lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and promotional emails.
2. Segment and personalize email campaigns based on customer behavior and sales funnel stage.
3. Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on data insights.
4. Digital Advertising & Social Media:
1. Execute LinkedIn paid campaigns targeting network engineers, ISPs, and procurement professionals.
2. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and improve budget efficiency.
3. Monitor LinkedIn analytics, engagement, and audience growth.
4. Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends to enhance RocNet’s digital presence.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing.
2. Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
3. Proficient in video and photo editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
4. Experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms.
5. Solid understanding of LinkedIn Ads, PPC, and paid digital strategies.
6. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for social media, web, and email.
7. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
Salary Range:
$50k-65k
