Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services to children and families, including parenting assessments and court attendance.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans.
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* A recognised qualification in Social Work, such as a BA or MA degree.
* At least 2 years' experience working in Children's Services, including experience of undertaking parenting assessments and attending court.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse client groups.
* Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits
* A competitive salary of £38,000 - £46,500 pa FTE, plus a £1,500 Attraction and Retention award FTE and bonus scheme.
