The Role We are the largest Early Years training provider in the country, and we need a Head of Sales to support our continued growth. As Head of Sales, you will lead the Early Years Sales team and drive growth as we continue to scale. The role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, focusing on the growth of Realise’s Early Years SME businesses. The impact of the role extends beyond financial success, contributing to reputation and brand awareness, customer satisfaction and ensuring that Realise is the go-to training provider for the Early Years sector. The role will involve: - Consistently meeting or exceeding team sales targets, ensuring they meet Realise’s ‘Right learner, Right programme’ ethos. - Championing the use of data and our CRM system to manage and improve the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. - Lead on developing effective sales plans and techniques that help support the sales team to sell Early Years apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and Adult Education products. - Lead others to Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. - Work with the Early Years marketing partner and the marketing team to ensure inbound sales enquiries are maximised, monitor conversion rates through use of data and implement improvement techniques where required - Provide regular feedback on team and individual performance during performance meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments in a matrix working environment to achieve shared goals. - Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges in the Early Years sector.
