Job summary Require an accessible and responsive Senior team member with clinical responsibility for a defined patient group - Upper GI (UGI) cancer and complex benign conditions. The post holder will be able to make informed decisions within their own area and scope of professional practice to ensure agreed standards, objectives and targets are met. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and can deal with service users and clinicians. You must be a dynamic flexible individual with advanced IT, administrative and organisational skills, ideally have experience within the speciality of UGI cancer nursing and have shown a keen interest in developing your clinical skills and knowledge. Being able to work autonimously is key to this role. Main duties of the job Accountable for own actions in accordance with Code of Professional Conduct.
