You will play a key role in supporting the Global Analytics Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This position requires a self-motivated, organized individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate with global teams, and handle sensitive information with discretion. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other Executive Assistants and team members to enhance efficiency and maintain strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage complex calendars across international locations.
* Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
* Plan and execute team activities, including meetings, off-sites, and morale events.
* Track key deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-ups on outstanding tasks.
* Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
* Handle team space management, including moves and reconfigurations.
* Assist with documentation and ensure readiness for meetings and projects.
* Build and foster a positive, engaging team culture through morale-building activities.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience as an Executive Assistant.
* Proven track record in executive-level calendar management.
* Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Expertise in leading and implementing process improvements.
