Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound analysis of container/vessel docking dates.
2. Updating the stock holdings across multiple virtual warehouses with inbound and replenishments.
3. Organising stock moves between physical warehouses.
4. Hard code stock adjustments in line with SOX compliance.
5. Monitoring the flow of B2C orders.
6. Monitoring the consolidation of orders to maximise freight efficiency.
7. Oversee the order tracking process to ensure that all delivery dates are met.
8. Research and track outbound orders, following up with corrective actions as needed.
9. Complaint logging and handling (adding to trackers, providing chaser emails, etc.).
10. Assist in projects as needed by the Operations Manager.
11. Act as liaison with SOP staff and Third Party Logistics providers.

Education & Experience Requirements:
1. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Ability and availability to occasionally work irregular or extended hours as needed.
3. Prior experience with EDI is a plus.
4. Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus.
5. Experience within a consumer product goods company is highly preferred.
