The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission (NIJAC) is responsible for the recruitment and selection of members of the Judiciary in respect of over 1000 judicial offices across Northern Ireland. NIJAC is inviting applications for the following staff position. Recruitment Information Officer (Ref: RIO2025) Salary Range £27,897 to £28,483 (under review) The role of Recruitment Information Officer sits within the Appointments & Engagement Team. The post-holder reports to the Head of Recruitment Operations and leads on the provision of information recording, processing and reporting in relation to all data arising from the attraction, assessment and appointment of applicants to judicial office. Applicants must have: 1. GCE A level passes in 2 subjects; and 2. GCSE/GCE (O level) at grades A-C in both English Language and Mathematics. 3. A minimum of 2 years experience, gained in an administrative environment, of processing and presenting data in a range of formats. 4. A minimum of 2 years experience of using at least one of MS Access, Excel or Power BI in the processing and presenting of data.
