Pay Scale: £85-£100 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, including academic assistance, behavioural support, and personal care.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not essential – a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students facing a range of challenges.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education are advantageous but not required.
