Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the c&e/restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with regulations. - Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. - Train and supervise staff members in various roles such as cooking, bartending, and customer service. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. - Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality. - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Proficiency in supervising staff members and delegating tasks effectively. - Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
