Working Hours: Flexible working arrangements – 1pm Friday finish and travel opportunities around the world Job Description: As a Service Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate a skilled team of 10 Service Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of field services, including commissioning, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs. This pivotal role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality services while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Managing customer expectations and satisfaction for field service projects. Conducting risk reviews and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaborating across teams to foster a unified approach to service delivery. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Preparing and submitting quotations and managing project finances. Supporting business development and strategic planning initiatives. Skills & Experience: HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent. Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring quality and budget alignment. Experience with marine equipment, particularly RAS/FAS systems. High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Background in field service operations is advantageous.
