Role: Cover Supervisor Location: Telford Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Start Date: Monday 6 th January 2025 Qualifications: Relevant experience in education or related fields is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills are essential. Ensure students are engaged in pre-set learning activities and support their understanding to achieve the learning objectives. Maintain good behaviour and promote an atmosphere conducive to learning. Act as a positive role model, setting high expectations for conduct and behaviour. Ideal Candidate: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Able to support and guide students through their learning activities, ensuring they stay on task. Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required.
