Description Overview We are looking for a HR People Support Hub Team Leader to join our team. As part of our People Support Hub, our Team Leaders provide first line support to our team of People Support Desk Partners. Our People Support Desk team is responsible for providing a quality and on time service to our front-line management teams in the day to day management and performance of their team and colleagues, through the People Support Desk. Hours are Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm and we can be flexible with those hours. The team works between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. This is a remote role with the requirement to travel once a quarter for team meetings. How will you contribute? Monitor team workloads, making sure that the correct resources are in place each day to meet our service level agreements. Ensure Support Desk Partners have up to date skills, training and knowledge to be able to confidently apply our HR, T&A and Payroll. Accountable for the quality, pace and compliance of our core people and organisation processes. Making sure our colleagues have a great employment experience and receive the pay accurately and on time. Acting as the safeguard of processes and documents the Transactions Team making sure that all checks and balances ahead of transactions are completed. Liaising with the requestor to ensure compliance and deliver timescales are achieved against service level agreements. Acting as the internal point of escalation for transactions that need further time and resources spending on them to resolve. Contributing experience and knowledge to the People Services Team and People Operational teams to ensure we make improvements across HR environments. Making sure that employee and organisational data integrity, accuracy, and legal compliance are maintained at all times, where issues occur they are dealt with in a timely and professional manor, while being owned until resolved or escalated. Experience of working at a similar level within a fast-paced HR/People environment Excellent IT skills and data interrogation Good oral and written communication skill Great attention to detail; ensures precision and accuracy in tasks undertaken.
