Assist Operational Management team in various administrative aspects of day to day running of the department inclusive of but not limited to Safety, Cost, People, Quality, and Performance Investigation into emergent issues through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to help influence operational decisions Analysis of weekly and monthly performance across areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People ( SQCDP), assessing trends, making recommendations and suggesting opportunities for improvement. Offer insight and analysis of Customer Failure Rate (CFR) Data, helping understand route cause and develop actions Who you are Your skills and experience will include High degree of computer literacy with strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and SharePoint skills Able to gather data proficiently using SQL from our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) & PowerBI databases Good interpersonal skills, is able to use their initiative and work with confidentially sensitive information Able to work with minimal direction, flexible with a willingness to learn Effective planning, time management, organisational skills with a focus on detail Everyone’s welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
