The Opportunity As a Program Manager within the Shrewsbury team, you will play a significant role in the transformation of the facility. You will report directly to the Facility Manager, and lead multiple, complex projects that support both New Product Introduction (NPI) needs and current requirements. You will lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders across departments and sites, covering projects that range from new business opportunities to product phase out. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering and maintaining world-class engines and power systems across a range of market segments, meeting the commitments of today and preparing for the opportunities of the future. What You Will Do - Lead critical multi-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives - Follow the corporate New Product Introduction and other standard processes. - Oversee creation of project plans and maintaining the plan schedule in support of Gateway / Customer introduction needs - ensuring program financials, functional requirements, and Gateway commitments are met. - Communicate program status to stakeholders and the broader organisation ensuring alignment on progress and direction. - Lead cross-functional team reviews to evaluate opportunities, address and resolve issues and remove barriers. - Identify, evaluate and deliver opportunities to optimise PQVC and profitable growth for the site. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with site's long term strategic requirements.
