All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects - HS2.
We’re recruiting for a Senior Planner to join our Greatworth to Southam (G2S) Delivery Area. The role will be based from our Chipping Warden Site Office, however travel may be required throughout the area.
This position will lead the Planning function to prioritise and coordinate construction and design activities to maintain delivery of the G2S Section of the C23 Main Civils Works contract.
The Senior Planner will assist the team in building, optimising and updating the project plans during project execution, from engineering process to project handover. The role will also assist on all scheduling related matters both internally and externally with the client.
This position is key in the undertaking of all planning activities in the area, taking action to improve and optimize Construction Project Plans and working closely with the area lead and subcontractors.
About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience using Primavera P6
2. Experience in a similar position within a construction environment
3. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
4. Understanding of NEC3 contracts
5. Excellent Excel skills
6. Knowledge of the O365 package
7. Recognised professional membership such as ICE, APM or PMP
8. You must hold a Full Driving License and have access to a vehicle
