FEMALES ONLY We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex care Support workers with extensive challenging behaviour experience to join our team in providing exceptional care to a female with in her own home. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of patients under the supervision of our clinical team. Responsibilities - encourage client to maintain good personal hygiene - Assisting with daily living, support to remain independent - Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs - Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient activities and progress -Working as part of a dedicated client care team Skills -Experience in challenging Behaviour -Breakaway knowledge - Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals - Ability to drive is advantageous due to shift times - Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients what we offer Full comprehensive training - 5 day induction and then further training delivered by our RN in clinical tasks competitive hourly rate the chance to work with a nation wide company wrap around support - 24 hours a day progression extra annual leave - have your birthday off every year Qualifications - all staff are required to work towards there level 2/3 company team building events Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: £15.00 per hour Benefits: Company events Referral programme Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Application question(s): Do you have Prada willi syndrome experience?
