Our client, who are a Tier 1 Main Contractor are on the lookout for a Bid Manager.
As a Bid Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bidding process, driving the successful submission of tenders and proposals. You’ll play a key role in winning high-value, high-profile projects, and ensuring the effective management of the entire Pre-Construction Service Agreement (PCSA) process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire bid process, from initial inquiry to tender submission.
* Develop and implement winning strategies to secure key projects across various sectors.
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, cost-effective bids.
* Oversee all aspects of PCSA, ensuring clear communication, project alignment, and client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of bids, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

* Proven experience as a Bid Manager within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of the PCSA process and pre-construction phases.
