Job summary
Little St Johns Surgery based in Woodbridge, now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to join our dedicated clinical team for 4 sessions a week (all day Monday and Thursday). However, candidates interested but seeking different arrangements are also welcome to apply.
You would be working alongside some highly experienced GPs and a team that are passionate about providing high quality care to our local community.

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Main duties of the job
7. The post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
8. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation.
9. In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

10. Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
11. Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate).
12. Be on the NHSE medical performers list.
