You'll be supporting NISEP, an £8 million grant programme that funds energy efficiency and renewable measures for homes and businesses. As programme administrator, we ensure this funding reaches those who need it most, on behalf of the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your programme management skills, gain valuable experience in the Energy Access sector, and contribute to a more sustainable future, while making a real impact on communities.
What you’ll do
* Support the efficient delivery of our NI’s programmes, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed effectively.
* Review and assess payment claims, analyse interim reports, and contribute to other essential programme tasks.

What you’ll bring
* You’ll confidently engage with people at all levels, building positive relationships with NISEP primary bidders and collaborating daily.
* With strong administrative and numerical skills, you’ll have a keen eye for accuracy and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* You understand the importance of meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and excel at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
