Our Business Support role offers an inclusive, relationship-oriented environment as part of our Cambridge-based team, working in the office to assist with providing quality advice to our Insurance customers throughout New Zealand.

What do you bring to the table?
* Understanding of the Financial Services Industry and insurance policies.
* NZ Certificate in Financial Services or the desire to study towards completing.
* Initiative and are a self-starter.
* High attention to detail with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks.
* Adaptable to change with ability to pivot.
* Enjoy dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
* Responsive and confident communicator.
* High degree of integrity and honesty.
* The ability to build and maintain relationships within a team.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (including Teams, Word, Excel) & provider portals.
* Competent using The Adviser Platform (TAP) CRM is an advantage but not essential.
* A sense of humour.
