In this role, you'll manage key partners such as Amazon, Debenhams, and ASOS, helping them trade effectively and drive business growth.
You'll be instrumental in optimising performance, maximising profit, and managing risk.
A natural peoples person, you'll build strong relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Build constructive and collaborative relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Own the day-to-day relationships, being the first point of contact with external agencies, leading weekly calls.
Manage the marketplace's operationally from product set up, through to customer order.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, tracking their impact on sales and engagement.
Oversee product performance and visibility on Amazon and other marketplaces, leveraging both organic and paid tactics.
Managing Amazon FBA deliveries from order replenishment through to delivery, monitoring stock levels, forecasting and taking actions to reduce aged inventory.
Ensuring Amazon product pages are best in class, optimising the PPC Strategy and enhancing our SEO.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning.
Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues.
Support with the successful launch of marketplace partnerships.
Own the buy process for third party partners from buy sheet creation, range building, order submission through to product launch.
Produce and analyse weekly, monthly and seasonal performance, lessons learnt and other ad hoc reports, identifying risks, opportunities and appropriate actions.
Deliver on department KPIs (cash sales, cash margin and budgeted costs) Take a hands-on approach to the line management of direct reports.
Leading and coaching them within their roles, offering guidance and support where required.

What we're looking for from the successful candidate… Experience working in an account management or merchandising role.
Ideally within a Third Party, Wholesale, or partner facing department.
Experience with Amazon seller or vendor highly desirable.
A passion for influencing performance through data analysis.
An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder.
A demonstrated ability to support direct reports.
A genuine interest in industry trends, with good commercial knowledge.
