The Perse Prep School is seeking to appoint a high calibre and passionate Sports Coach to start in September 2025. This role will support the delivery of both the Games and PE provision, as well as supporting the Sports Department with aspects of administration. The successful candidate may be asked to cover lessons when staff are absent; they will also be expected to run after school sports clubs, and will have some responsibility to undertake a range of breaktime and lunchtime duties.
They will be expected to take a proactive role in the pastoral life of the children in the school, working with form teachers, Heads of Year and the Assistant Head (Pastoral) to promote the general progress and well-being of all pupils in their care.
The Perse School Cambridge is one of the country’s leading independent co-educational day schools for children aged 3-18.
