We are currently recruiting for a Litter Assistant to work within our Grounds & Gardens Team for our 2025 season at the UK’s most exciting Castle. As a Litter Assistant you take pride in your surroundings and will ensure that site presentation is always at its best, working with other teams to ensure that waste is managed effectively. The role is based outdoors, working in all weathers and individuals must be comfortable working alone and as part of a larger team. There are many opportunities for you to interact with our guests, so a friendly helpful manner is essential Main duties will include collecting waste from designated areas, recycling, picking up ground litter, maintaining compounds and ensuring that site bins and furniture are clean and well maintained. This is a fixed term position with a contract end date November 2025. Due to the nature of our business, exact hours and days of work will vary, so a flexible approach is essential. At certain periods throughout the year, you may also be required to work during the evening in line with the needs of the business.
