You’ll be joining our Patient Services department within our office called the Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
We have 2 permanent, 16 hour roles.
Position 1:
Monday and Thursday - 8-12pm
Tuesday and Wednesday - 1-5pm
Position 2:
Monday - Wednesday - 1-5pm
Friday - 8-12pm
1. Full training and support provided working alongside and experienced team.

3. With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role
As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:
10. The first line of contact for practices and answer calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s
11. Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
12. Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly.
13. Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided.
14. Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients
You will need:
15. Great customer service experience
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
17. Time management skills
18. Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office
19. Be hard working with a professional and proactive attitude.
