We are looking to recruit a new Marketing Account Manager. This individual will lead the sale, implementation, and analysis of all marketing activities for the largest online vape retailer in the UK across multiple channels.
This dynamic, fast-paced role will see you working closely with leading vape brands from around the world and our own in-house team of creatives to ensure that marketing campaigns are sold, designed, and implemented to our industry-leading standard.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Demonstrable experience in marketing sales/account management
* Razor-sharp sales skills
* Experience generating leads and managing a pipeline
* Excellent rapport-building and client relationship skills
* Keen communication skills and the ability to empathise
* The ability to balance generating new leads with managing existing business
* Effective time management skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Practical knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs & Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Docusign, and Asana (advantageous but not essential)
* An understanding of vaping and the industry (advantageous but not essential)
Responsibilities
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
* Selling and renewing marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients
* Prospecting and lead generation
* Leading negotiations
* Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
* Continuing Client Relations (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, trade shows)
* Generating marketing proposals and contracts
* Sending and chasing invoices
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of marketing activities such as sample drops and price reductions
* Issue invoices and contracts
* Assist our Finance team to ensure all invoices are paid on time, prior to any marketing campaigns beginning
* Uploading, activating, and deactivating banners and marketing assets across all channels
* Update and track monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing earnings
* Provide sales data reports to clients at the end of marketing activities/campaigns
* Keep all marketing activity trackers up to date
* Liaise with third-party websites to arrange product reviews and website advertising
* Assigning tasks related to content and design to the Media & Marketing team
* Schedule posts to go out daily across social channels including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
* Liaising with the Warehouse team to arrange the dispatch of products to third-party reviewers
* Ordering and organising company-branded POS
* Managing social media notifications (Replying to Reviews/Posts/Comments etc)
* Ensuring information listed on third-party websites relating to the company is present and up to date
