Job Summary
The Sales Lead will be the single point of contact for all EV virtual sales and will have responsibility to guide potential customers through the vehicle purchase, financing, and vehicle delivery processes. The EV Virtual Sales Lead will provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and will act as a key liaison between the customer, agents and the Motor Company, ensuring that all stakeholders’ needs and expectations are fulfilled.
This is a remote, fully virtual, home-based role; it provides flexibility in where, when, and how you accomplish your work. There is limited work travel.
Job Responsibilities
1. Single point of contact for all customer EV sales. Maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day.
2. Internal systems expert for Virtual Sales (through end-to-end sales process).
3. Coordinate test rides between agent & customer if required.
4. Finalize sales contracts.
5. Evaluate and administer all vehicle trade-in requirements.
6. Perform add-on sales for Financial Services and Accessory products.
7. Administer all vehicle financing and titling.
8. Ensure logistics for agent or home delivery scheduling.
9. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to ambiguous situations.
10. Provide back-up for various other roles within the EV group as workload and requirements fluctuate.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Experience Requirements
1. Language skills: fluent in English.
2. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
3. Automotive sales experience may be beneficial.
4. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to ambiguous situations.
5. Excellent relationship management experience.
6. Proven sales track record and abilities.
7. Good finance and analytical skills.
