Join Us as a Power Platform Lead
We are looking for a Power Platform Lead to inspire a high-performing team, mentor talent, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact. This will be a ‘player-coach’ role so you will provide leadership and guidance whilst using your excellent hands-on technical skills.
In this role, you’ll harness tools like Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI to tackle business challenges and enhance customer engagement. By leading discovery workshops, crafting solution architectures, and delivering Proof of Concept projects, you’ll help businesses adapt quickly to evolving demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
* Inspire and guide a talented team, fostering growth and excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions.
* Provide hands-on technical expertise to support team success and deliver high-quality results.
Service Development
* Design and implement tailored solutions using Power Platform tools, integrating third-party applications and APIs as needed.
* Stay current with Power Platform advancements, sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.
Business Enablement
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and identify target audiences.
* Develop compelling proposals and technical documentation that showcase solution feasibility and value.
Customer Engagement
* Lead discovery workshops to understand client needs and craft solution architectures that align with their goals.
* Manage Proof of Concept engagements, guiding clients through testing and validation phases to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
* Deliver training sessions to empower clients and internal teams on Power Platform capabilities and AI-driven solutions.
Experience & Expertise
* 8+ years in professional services with a focus on consulting and pre-sales.
* 4+ years of experience with Power Platform, including tools like Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio.
* Strong understanding of environment management, security best practices, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
* Bonus: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
* Familiarity with Azure services like AI Platform, App Services, Service Bus, and Identity Management is a plus.

* PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant

* PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
