Role: ARB/RIBA Part 3 Architect
Location: Wandsworth, Greater London
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are a well-established, multi-disciplinary practice based in London, with a strong track record of delivering thousands of high-quality residential and commercial projects over the last 14 years. Our portfolio primarily focuses on residential developments, including creative extensions and new builds.
We are seeking a driven and creative ARB/RIBA Part 3 Architect with UK job-running experience to join our team in Roehampton on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented architect to take on a leadership role, working across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
As part of a close-knit team of 22, you will be involved in projects from concept through to contract administration. You will work directly with the Director of the London office, gaining exposure to all stages of project delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity for a young architect to advance into a Principal position, subject to demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
The ideal candidate will have strong design abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a personable character. You will be responsible for running projects, so prior experience leading a small team from concept to completion on multiple projects is beneficial. Confidence in client-facing situations is a must.
Key Requirements:
1. Fully qualified Architect (RIBA Part III, ARB registered).
2. Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning legislation.
3. Strong background in client management and communication.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
5. Relevant UK residential project experience is essential.
6. A passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Experience managing a team of architectural designers.
9. Knowledge of spatial planning and all RIBA stages (CIAT accreditation is a plus).
Benefits:
1. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
2. Professional development support, including funding for further training and RIBA membership fees.
3. Regular team social events and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
4. Use of company car.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious architect to take the next step in their career. If you are ready to make an impact and lead exciting projects, we would love to hear from you.
