In this role, you will be responsible for managing identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, controls, and governance processes that will protect customer, employee, and company information from unauthorised access. You will play a crucial role in protecting our organisation's data and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. As Identity and Access Management Manager you will have in-depth technical understanding of IAM principles and underlying technologies with the ability to demonstrable capability to design and implement IAM solutions, procedures, and policies. You will demonstrate the knowledge of Information Security principles alongside understanding the requirement for robust architecture frameworks. Main Responsibilities as Identity and Access Management Manager: Define and manage the identity and access governance model for Ageas UK Ensure the periodic review of the contents related to the Identity Security documentation framework. Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure secure access to company resources. Oversee the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Take responsibility for managing the Identity and Access Management platform for Ageas UK, outlining its short and long-term strategy based on the needs of the organisation and its main users. Serve as the point of contact between technical and business teams for matters of access, authentication, and authorisation to achieve a balance between security requirements and functional adequacy Establish strategies to periodically review accesses and access profiles corresponding to critical applications for Ageas’ daily operations Assess security risks by identifying violations of logical access or security principles, advancing and implementing remediation and mitigation measures Monitor new initiatives and projects, outlining security requirements for identification, authentication, authorisation, and traceability Periodically control accesses and authentication means of privileged users to Ageas systems, promoting the adoption of Privileged Account Management solutions. Conduct regular monitoring, access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT, HR and other business units to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide IAM-related training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders. Skills and experience you need as Identity and Access Management Manager: In-depth technical understanding of IAM principles and underlying technologies. Demonstrable ability to design and implement IAM solutions, procedures, and policies. Experience working in IAM or a related subject area. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to all levels of the organisation. A sound understanding and practical experience of IAM processes, policies, and tools. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management platforms (Sailpoint, Delinea, ForgeRock, MS Entra ID, etc.). Understanding on the latest threats and counter measures to threats within the Identity & Access Management area and the wider InfoSec. CiiSec membership or background in ISO27001, CISM, CISSP, or other relevant certifications. Experience in or potential to develop people management skills. Understanding of IAM controls in particular those relating to business process, governance, risk, and education. Background in Business or Information Security Management.
