Job Overview:
The Cosy Club Local Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing localised marketing strategies to boost awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales for our 36 restaurants. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who understands local market dynamics and can build strong relationships amongst our teams and within the local community. The Local Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and is based at head office in Bristol but regular travel to our restaurants across the UK is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute tailored marketing plans that resonate with the local audience, enhancing brand presence and customer loyalty.
2. Local Marketing Plans: Provide our teams with the knowledge and tools to create local marketing plans for each Cosy Club to help them drive footfall.
3. Local Marketing Workshops: Hold quarterly local marketing workshops with our teams to drive knowledge and enthusiasm around local marketing.
4. Online Printing Portal: Oversee the printing portal from a local marketing perspective, creating editable templates which our teams can use to support sales-driving activities.
5. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to promote our restaurants and create partnerships that drive traffic.
6. New Restaurant Openings and Refurbs: Open new Cosy Clubs with a bang through creative and commercially effective opening activities.
7. Private Dining Rooms: Help our 18 restaurants with stunning PDRs drive bookings and sales throughout the year.
8. Promotions and Events: Plan and manage local promotions, events, and special campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse local marketing performance, customer feedback, and sales data to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and reservation manager as well as our restaurant teams and the wider marketing team to ensure alignment on marketing efforts and brand messaging.
11. Budget Management: Manage the local marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve maximum impact.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
2. Proven track record of driving footfall and sales through effective marketing initiatives.
3. Strong understanding of local marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
5. Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
