Job description
Job responsibilities
Conduct specialist occupational therapyassessments, establishing diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans forpatients.
Independently manage a caseload of patients,including those with complex needs, with access to senior-level advice andsupport as needed.
Activelycontribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions and collaborative careplanning.
Maintain high-quality documentation in line withTrust and departmental policies.
Design and implement evidence-based treatmentprogrammes, ensuring they are realistic and patient-centred.
Provide supervision, support, and guidance tojunior staff, support workers, and students, fostering their development andclinical expertise.
Supportcolleagues by covering duties in their absence to ensure continuity of care.

1. Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
2. Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Experience

3. Experience working within a trauma and orthopaedics clinical setting
4. Experience working as a B5 OT within the NHS
