Flexible working opportunities Full time 37 hours Fixed term contract - 15 months Closing date: 27 November 2024 The role Our Asset team play a hugely important role within Selwood Housing, ensuring that our properties are always kept in top condition, and continue to be warm, safe and energy efficient places to live. As Asset coordinator, you will liaise with our surveyors and tenants to book in appointments, dealing with any new problems or requests as they come in. You will also take ownership of the stock condition database, ensuring it is maintained and updated after each survey is completed, and helping new users get up to speed. Given this is a data rich role, a good head for numbers and strong Excel skills will be key. You’ll also be regularly interacting with our residents so great customer service skills will go a long way. What we are looking for To hit the ground running, you will need to have: Good understanding of Excel Experience of administration in an office environment Experience of analysing stock and other statistical data Good organisational and administration skills Positive proactive approach to customers and customer service Knowledge of MRI, QL or other similar property management software will be beneficial Although it is not necessary, experience and understanding of social housing will be a bonus.
